Mommy has been singing to April when she's very young. This is one of the songs. For some reason it registerd more in her and we found out she can sing it by herself one day.

Here's another song April likes, Mommy got a customed CD from Auntie Ada (Correction: Ada 姊姊) maybe when April's 1ish. Mommy played the song in the car and not realizing April's been absorbing the song. Then one day Mommy played the song again and heard her sing along with it. It's quite an amazing experience. Then Mommy told Ada 姊姊, she was like, "Nooo!!! That's a very sad sad song. Not good for kids." Mommy has never watched the music video until Ada 姊姊 sent her the link. The lyric itself wasn't that sad if you hear the music without the video. But anyway, we had so far never shown April the video and April like ot sing the chorus part:

城南旧事is one of my favorite too! I loved that movie :) I will teach Andrew how to sing the song too, maybe he and April can sing duet some day :)
April does such a wonderful job singing the song. 口齿很清楚。I tried to teach Lizzy some Chinese poem, but she won't repeat after me. Only English nursery rhymes. 唉...
