Randomization

Monkeys are happily running around grandparents big house during Thanksgiving week, until Daddy got a call from work that he need to fly to Chicago to fix some BUG for a conf or something like that. Since April needs to be back to school on Monday, we made the decision to have Mommy and April back home on Friday, River will stay with grandparents until Daddy's done with his work in Chicago, back Monday. This is the first time River is apart from Mommy, total 4 days. She handled it surprisingly well and calm! No cry at all. She simply asked for Mama or Baba or JieJie, then grandma or grandpa would give the same answer everytime she ask. "Mama is at work"
, "Baba is at work", "JieJie is at school", River would simply acknowledge with a "Oh!" and a nod. The night when Daddy's away, River awoke middle of the night only asking for "奶奶" Daddy said when she looked like missing us, she simply look at our photos on the walls, grandma put family photos around the house. She was extremely happy to see us Monday night and almost couldn't stop screaming.
